About the position

We are seeking a highly sales- and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning displays and shelves
• Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Bilingual Speaking Spanish and English
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
