About the position
The Retail Sales Associate is a part-time position at Harbor Freight Tools, where the individual will be a key member of a high-performing team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for our customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
