About the position

The Retail Sales Associate position is a part-time, seasonal role focused on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive shopping environment. The associate will assist customers, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and security policies while adapting to a changing product lineup.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to create the best possible shopping experience.
• Learn and adapt to changing product lineup.
• Go above and beyond customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe shopping environment.
• Lift packages up to 50lbs individually or team lift packages up to 100lbs.
• Understand and comply with all safety and security measures and policies.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and general flow of inventory.
• Effectively complete standard tasks such as assembling products, cash management, and product handling.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50lbs individually or team lift packages up to 100lbs.
• Ability to effectively complete standard tasks such as assembling of product, cash management, and product handling.
