Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all clients that come in.
• Meet/exceed sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Provide proper recommendations based on client needs.
• Maintain exceptional customer service at all times.
• Go above and beyond for existing and potential new clients.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the salon.
• Participate in deep cleanings throughout the store.
• Assist in preparing stores for Store Audits.
• Troubleshoot and help repair equipment when capable.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning services and assisting clients.
