About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Premier Auto Supplies is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting automotive paint and products. This role involves assisting customers with their technical needs, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and services
• Call customers daily in the morning and afternoon
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide knowledge about our products
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Handle shipping and receiving of merchandise
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but willing to train
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of car paint and products to assist small shops
• Ability to effectively demonstrate product features to customers
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to make deliveries and visits to body shops
• Experience in shipping and receiving merchandise
