About the position
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Love, Indus for the holiday Market from Nov 14 to Dec 24. As a sales associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning and execution of various events, creating memorable experiences for our customers and promoting our brand. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in innovative brand activations/events, build relationships with the beauty & wellness community, and contribute to the success of a growing beauty brand.
Responsibilities
- Sell at our holiday market from Nov 14 to Dec 24
- Support the execution of events, including set-up, decorations, signage, and attendee registration
- Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials
- Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, analyzing event success metrics, and preparing event recaps
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in PR, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique event experiences
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in event planning or customer service is a plus
