About the position
The Retail Sales Associate at Red Wing Shoes is responsible for promoting the brand's image through professional selling and building customer loyalty. This role involves guiding customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The associate will also support daily store operations and maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide each customer through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience
- Provide appropriate accessory recommendations and educate customers on the benefits of each
- Generate Industrial Sales Leads
- Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
- Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards
- Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning
- Provide direct support in the daily operations of the retail store
- Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company's core values
- Build collaborative relationships with key people in the organization
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Results oriented
- Effective Written/Verbal Communication
- Computer Utilization
