Join Glo Tanning as a Spa Consultant, where you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service in a luxurious sun spa environment. This role focuses on sales, customer service, and maintaining salon standards, all while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide expert recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Create a personalized experience for every client.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in regular deep cleaning tasks throughout the salon.
• Assist in preparing the salon for audits and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and assist with minor equipment repairs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently to assist clients and maintain services.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
