About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Nespresso is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment in the retail boutique. This role involves guiding customers in discovering their perfect coffee match, sharing knowledge about coffee, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. The associate will also participate in team collaboration and maintain the boutique's operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate by sharing Nespresso's mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging customers to create memorable experiences.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and utilize product knowledge to build customer base and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and successful work environment.
• Assist in maintaining the boutique environment, including managing shipments and arranging displays.
• Participate in training programs to ensure success in the role.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Punctuality and availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
