We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will assist customers with their purchases, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by supervising stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A keen eye for detail when it comes to stock management and store presentation.
