The Wireless Retail Sales Associate at AT&T Mobile Tel is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities in the Naperville and Bolingbrook locations. This role involves selling AT&T wireless and at-home solutions while fostering positive customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Hit sales quota
• Courteously assist customers with service/product inquiries
• Operate a function-heavy POS, wireless equipment, and a PC
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Identify customer needs, make suggestions, and answer questions
• Answer phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Understand customer needs and suggest personalized solutions
• Respond to customer concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously
• Show professionalism and enthusiasm by working as a team
• Recognize potential theft/loss situations and assist in deterring theft
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Assist with inventory maintenance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and provide verification of legal employment
• 2 years of sales experience
• Clear verbal and listening skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Commitment to being punctual and ethical
