About the position
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Creativity is a plus, and candidates must have open availability to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Make products for sales floor and future events
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively sell products and promote upselling opportunities
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
