Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products based on their needs.
• Generate sales for the store and for personal financial benefit.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Assist store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail store.
• Handle cash, perform inventory counts, and make deposits according to GNC procedures.
• Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure it is welcoming to customers.
• Stay informed about product information, advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date on nutritional and wellness trends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills for counting, adding, and subtracting.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
