About the position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding products, managing transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and fostering loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product lines.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in retail and/or sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
