We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and electronics sales, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through product demonstrations and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
• Provide expert advice on technical specifications and product compatibility
• Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics, technology, appliance, or wireless sales
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through upselling techniques
