About the position

The Retail Sales Associate role at Wireless Vision involves representing the T-Mobile brand and assisting customers with their wireless needs. This part-time position focuses on providing excellent customer service, engaging in service selling, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build customers' confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.
  • Engage in service selling and right fitting the customer with the appropriate total technology solution.
  • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
  • Assist customers with service activations, changes, and bill payments, respond to billing inquiries, equipment replacement, sell accessories, and process price plan changes and upgrades.
  • Work with store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
  • Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Completed High school diploma/GED.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in technology sales is desirable.
  • Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
