Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to every visitor
- Modeling excellence and learning daily
- Handling cash/credit payments
- Performing all other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- GED or high school diploma (2-4 year college degree a plus)
- Previous retail experience in customer-facing sales settings (preferred)
- Flexible full-time schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Interpersonal skills to bond with co-workers and engage with customers
- Strong work ethic that actively seeks and initiates meaningful changes
- Emergent leadership that motivates and inspires through leading by example
- Superior product and lifestyle knowledge to help identify customer needs
Nice-to-haves
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- 1 year of fashion retail experience (preferred)
