Responsibilities

• Drive in-store and virtual sales through various platforms while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver sales results and maintain a high level of customer service in a team environment.
• Maintain health and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
• Complete assigned training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Build customer relationships through outreach and follow-up using the clientele system.
• Maintain daily inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Sales, retail, social media, and technical knowledge or jewelry experience preferred but not required.
