About the position
The Retail Sales Associate at U.S. Polo Association is responsible for delivering an engaging customer service experience while maintaining high standards of store presentation. This part-time role focuses on meeting sales goals, assisting customers, and ensuring a dynamic shopping environment. The associate will also help with product processing and replenishment, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills to create engaging customer interactions and build brand loyalty.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards to project an attractive and safe shopping environment.
- Inform customers of current promotions and new products received.
- Efficiently complete sales transactions at the register, including a sincere thank you and request for return.
- Assist in product replenishment and maintain floor presentations, ensuring full recovery at the end of the business day.
- Perform ticketing and security tagging for product control and protection.
- Follow established policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent work environment.
Requirements
