Responsibilities

  • Represent clients and promote their brands at retail events with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Engage with customers face-to-face to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
  • Set up and manage event displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help clients refine their campaigns.
  • Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image for both the brand and the company at all times.

Requirements

  • No prior experience or formal education is needed.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and enjoy interacting with others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptable and can handle different tasks or challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Available to start within two weeks and can commute to Charlotte for this on-site role.
