The consultant will engage with customers on the sales floor, guiding them through options and providing support through various channels, including events and outbound calls. Responsibilities

  • Create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets using a consultative sales approach.
  • Guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
  • Engage with the community through events and online orders.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
  • Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
