Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the company and AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with store operations and duties as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow RSCs to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Engage in activities to drive business to the location through sales calls and local business visits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for AT&T products and services.
• Excel in selling a full range of AT&T's products and services.

Requirements

• Clear communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to location and off-site trainings.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment.
