Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
- Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Collaborate with fellow RSCs to achieve team sales and customer service goals.
- Engage in activities to drive business to the location through sales calls and local business visits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for AT&T products and services.
- Excel in selling a full range of AT&T's products and services, including entertainment options.
- Work with wireless leaders to enhance community presence and service.
Requirements
- Clear communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude.
- Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social media presence preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the store and for off-site trainings.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment.
