About the position

The Retail Sales Consultant position at AT&T focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The role involves meeting sales targets while utilizing AT&T's extensive product offerings. The consultant will engage with customers on the sales floor, guiding them through options and providing exceptional service. Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this fast-paced environment, where the consultant will also participate in community events and manage online orders and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions.
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor and through outbound calls.
  • Participate in community events to promote AT&T products and services.
  • Fill online orders and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • No prior sales experience required; training and coaching provided.
