About the position

The Retail Sales Consultant position at Prime Communications involves exceeding monthly sales quotas and delivering high-quality sales performance. The role requires adherence to company policies and operational procedures while also providing support and guidance to new hires and peers. The consultant will be responsible for driving sales of handsets, rate plans, and accessories, as well as maintaining store appearance and safeguarding company assets.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high-quality sales performance.
  • Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories as per company guidance.
  • Practice specific behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
  • Assist and mentor new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook.
  • Master required systems such as RQ4 and Paycom.
  • Regularly check sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
  • Follow cash depositing procedures and take responsibility for any errors.
  • Maintain store appearance and safeguard company assets.
  • Complete all required training within the established timeline.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week availability.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation to location, training, and off-site meetings.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language proficiency preferred.
