About the position

The Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate at West Coast Spas is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the company's retail stores located in Beaverton and Milwaukie. This role involves greeting customers, demonstrating products, and managing sales and inventory, while also participating in marketing efforts and outside sales events.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and demonstrating all retail products.
• Selling pool and spa chemicals to walk-in customers.
• Answering telephone and providing customer support.
• Responsible for sales and daily sales reporting.
• Responsible for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Participating in Marketing and Advertising meetings.
• Participating in outside sales events such as Home Shows and/or fairs.
• Daily upkeep of store, showroom, front of store, bathrooms, etc.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience, selling large ticket items a plus but not required.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Efficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Publisher).
• Proven track record in Retail sales and Customer service.
• Must have integrity and good work ethics.
• Must have a positive and get it done attitude.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Strong presentation, follow up, and closing skills.

Benefits

• $2,100/Month Base Salary plus commission.
• Target earnings are $50,000 to $60,000 a year. Top performers earn $70,000 +.
