About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions accurately, and promote our products through effective communication and upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer information and process orders using our software.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services for their needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Perform general office tasks.
- Engage with the public through in-person interactions, phone calls, and digital communication.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Competence in arithmetic
- Willingness to obtain a Weighmaster license
- Ability to follow processes and workflows in Acumatica
Nice-to-haves
- Some college education or equivalent experience
- Background in exterior design
