Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and foster customer loyalty.
  • Provide a welcoming and informative experience for every customer.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of electronics, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.
  • Perform repairs with attention to quality and accuracy, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Maintain repair tools and equipment, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
  • Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software efficiently.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends relevant to our products and services.
  • Assist customers with technical questions and provide product demonstrations when necessary.
  • Work closely with team members to develop and implement innovative sales and repair strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously learn and enhance your skill set.
  • Contribute ideas to improve store operations and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a retail environment.
  • Previous experience in electronics repair is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in electronics repair are advantageous.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of retail work.

  • Prior experience in electronics repair is a plus.
