About the position

The Paid Media Manager position at Coway USA Inc. is a pivotal role within the Retail Sales Department's Marketing Team, specifically focused on enhancing the visibility and sales of Cowaymega and Amazon platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that maximize sales through various paid media channels. This includes managing and optimizing campaigns across Social, Search, Affiliates, OTT, and other digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Amazon, and cross-functional teams such as Finance and Creative to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. In this role, the Paid Media Manager will oversee the entire campaign process, from planning and setup to quality assurance, testing, reporting, and optimization. The candidate will work with platforms such as Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and Google, conducting in-depth marketplace analysis to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance metrics. Additionally, the manager will lead a Media Specialist and collaborate with the Amazon Site Experience Director to ensure an excellent customer experience for all campaigns. The position also involves building a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that provides visibility to all marketing activities, ensuring a holistic approach to Amazon Advertising and Events. The Paid Media Manager will manage relationships with media partners, third-party vendors, agencies, and technology partners to leverage external expertise and tools. Furthermore, the role includes designing and executing testing roadmaps to continually optimize ad account structures, creative strategies, targeting, and more. The manager will generate and present detailed performance reports using platforms like Google Analytics, Stackline, Shopify, and Motion, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and coordinating with licensed partners to unify the Coway voice for Amazon shoppers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize sales on Cowaymega and Amazon.
  • Manage and optimize paid media channels, including Social, Search, Affiliates, OTT, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from planning and setup to quality assurance, testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth marketplace analysis to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns in real time based on performance.
  • Lead and manage a Media Specialist, Paid Social, and collaborate with the Amazon Site Experience Director.
  • Build a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that provides visibility to all marketing activities.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, third-party vendors, agencies, and technology partners.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant platforms preferred.
  • Experience in demand generation, customer acquisition, and full-funnel marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and conduct in-depth campaign analysis.
  • Proficiency in reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Shopify.
