About the position

As a Retail Sales Lead for the Powder Springs, GA territory, you will collaborate with retail partners and account teams to grow your territory by selling Kellanova's brands. This onsite role focuses on a data-driven approach to business growth, aiming to become the partner of choice while helping families access quality products. You will be responsible for driving sales transformation and building expertise within the retail landscape.

Responsibilities

• Sell, negotiate, and execute business plans by partnering with key decision-makers.
• Leverage business intelligence data and analytical tools to create compelling selling stories.
• Deliver on key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining a 'perfect shelf' strategy.
• Implement creative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks in the grocery landscape.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fundamental technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated self-reliance in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 months.

Nice-to-haves
