About the position

The Retail Sales Manager at My Wireless is responsible for leading a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. This role involves coaching and developing team members, managing daily store operations, and building a loyal client base through ethical business practices. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets.
  • Supervise daily operations of the store, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching team members.
  • Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maintain staffing through employee retention, recruiting, and training.
  • Build a steady client base through customer-centric business practices.
  • Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment through inventory counts and merchandising.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Comply with legal requirements to uphold the store's stability and reputation.

Requirements

  • 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry.
  • 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
  • Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
