About the position

Macy's Watch and Jewelry Repair is seeking a Retail Sales Manager and Technician who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing watch and jewelry repairs. This role involves both technical skills in repairing items and sales skills to promote services to customers. The position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work on Saturdays, with potential travel to a nearby location.

Responsibilities

• Replace batteries in watches
• Perform other minor watch and jewelry repairs
• Sell major repair services to be sent out to our workshop
• Sell add-on services
• Work Saturdays
• Occasionally work in San Rafael if needed

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enthusiasm about watches and jewelry
• Dexterity working with your hands
• Willingness to learn new skills
