About the position

The Customer Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the in-store experience. This role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining store records, and ensuring the showroom meets company standards. The associate will also participate in outbound telemarketing and assist with clerical functions to support effective store management.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers
• Perform clerical functions including office management and file maintenance
• Create price tags
• Process customer payments and data entry in VersiRent computer program
• Greet customers and facilitate in-store sales
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Maintain professional appearance of the showroom
• Resolve customer service concerns as they arise
• Answer phones and communicate effectively with customers
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary for effective store management

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• 3 years of driving experience
• 1 year of retail sales experience
• Intermediate math skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to explain product features and benefits
• Ability to explain terms of rental/lease agreements to customers
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime
