The Retail Sales Manager position at Vapor World is designed for individuals who are outgoing and enjoy socializing while working in a dynamic retail environment. This full-time role involves managing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting products related to vaping and related accessories.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Train and supervise sales staff to meet sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products including vape, kratom, and delta products.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized for optimal sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with vape products (required).
• 1 year of experience with delta products (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with kratom (preferred).
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of vaping products and accessories.
