About the position

The Retail Sales Manager at Goldenwest Credit Union is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships while overseeing branch operations. This role focuses on assisting members with their financial needs, including deposits, lending, and insurance, while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with regulations. The position requires a proactive approach to relationship building and a commitment to the credit union's mission of helping people.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and effectively manages long-term, trusting relationships.
• Oversees branch operations and delegates day-to-day operations to the Assistant Manager.
• Grows the branch through deposit and lending products and property and casualty insurance.
• Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
• Provides consistent member follow-up.
• Complies with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participates in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; some college experience preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of retail management experience required.
