The Retail Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations and manage the store's staff, ensuring a healthy work culture and effective implementation of store strategies.
Responsibilities
Create a healthy and enjoyable work culture
Plan and implement the overall store strategy
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing strategy
Recruit and hire new store employees
Train and evaluate store employees
Determine and track monthly KPIs
Report KPIs to the executive team
Train store employees on company and brand policies and procedures
Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors
Collaborate with the inventory manager to track inventory losses and/or shrinkage
Create and implement new operational strategies to improve the store's performance and productivity
Work with dealer principal and controller to review profit and loss figures (P&L)
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Retail Manager
Great work ethic and a desire to meet and exceed goals and improve processes
Strong managerial skills
Excellent organization, strategic planning, and leadership skills
Strong style sense and skill for merchandise to reach sales goals
Excellent sales, customer service, and leadership skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
