Responsibilities

• Selling jewelry in retail store
• Negotiating deals with clients
• Closing buy and pawn transactions in a professional manner
• Performing opening and closing store procedures
• Maintaining relationships with customers to generate new and repeat business
• Processing buys, loans, extensions, and sales

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Jewelry industry experience is a big plus
• Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to the customer
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, or electronics, is a plus
• Sales background is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
