Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations in the vape store.
• Manage and train sales staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of vape products, including Kratom and Delta.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• 1 year of vape product knowledge (required).
• 1 year of knowledge in Delta products (preferred).
• 1 year of knowledge in Kratom products (preferred).
