About the position

As an Advantage Solutions Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers within grocery stores near you. You will utilize your basic merchandising skills to reset shelves, tag products, build eye-catching displays, ensure product facing, and rotate stock efficiently. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in maintaining the visual appeal of the grocery stores, ensuring products are well-presented, and displays are aesthetically pleasing. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing customer-approved schematics, Plan-O-Grams, and MODs with all items tagged appropriately. You will also be expected to take direction regarding tagging, cleaning shelves, and rotating and placing products on the shelf. The position requires physical work, including moving, bending, standing, squatting, and climbing ladders, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will need to tolerate changes in temperature and humidity while working in the freezer and dairy cooler. Additionally, you will complete online training and turn in accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports. The role involves visiting multiple stores in a week, so having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with team members, store staff, and customers. Responsibilities
- Reset shelves and tag products according to customer-approved schematics.

- Visit multiple stores in a week as required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
