Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and assist with product selection.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and calls regarding products and inquiries.
• Assist with processing, packing, and shipping online orders.
• Stay updated on equestrian products and trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves and creating displays.
• Support inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting counts.
• Engage with the local equestrian community by visiting horse farms and attending events.

Requirements

• Passion for horses and the equestrian lifestyle.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves
