Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch sales and service to customers.
• Assist store management with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Training teams to stay updated on products and services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences.
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance.
