As a Retail Sales Representative at JM Wireless, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch sales and service to guests.
• Assist store management with opening and closing procedures, including handling cash and creating deposits.
• Count inventory and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Training teams to stay updated on products and services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences.
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

• Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from your home store.
