About the position

The Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting Ferrero products, including popular brands like Tic Tac, Butterfinger, and Kinder. This part-time position involves working in convenience stores, building relationships with store management, and ensuring product visibility and compliance. The role is ideal for energetic individuals who excel in relationship-building and are motivated by success.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays & fill shelves with candy products.
• Build rapport with store management and personnel.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and 50lbs on occasion.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to transport required materials.

Nice-to-haves
