About the position

The Retail Merchandising Representative is responsible for promoting Ferrero products in convenience stores, focusing on building strong relationships with store management and personnel. This part-time role offers flexible daytime hours and involves tasks such as gaining shelf placement, building displays, and ensuring compliance with planograms.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays & fill shelves with candy products.
• Build rapport with store management and personnel.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and 50lbs on occasion.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to transport required materials.

Nice-to-haves
