The Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in promoting nationally distributed, highly recognized products for long-standing clients. This position involves executing business plans for clients' brands to meet company and client objectives, while building and maintaining professional relationships with store management and associates. The role is ideal for energetic individuals who can quickly develop strong relationships and are driven by success, offering competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Gaining shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Selling and building product displays.
• Building rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensuring planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitoring inventory levels and suggesting order quantities to management.

Requirements

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills required; will be trained to use a Tablet and Scanner.
• Must have daily access to a mobile device and Internet.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs consistently and up to 60lbs on occasion.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to transport required materials.
