About the position

We are currently searching for a full-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. This position is designed to increase sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, which includes electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a full-time sales representative, you will be responsible for proactively approaching customers within the retailer and assisting them with various wireless products and accessory sales while providing extraordinary customer service. In this role, you will drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations by engaging in side-by-side selling with retail associates. You will also participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure successful execution. Additionally, you will take part in wireless sales events at retailer locations, which will require you to maintain a sound knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services. Attending requested training sessions and conference calls, as well as reviewing new product and service offerings from our client retailer, will be essential to your success. Building and managing critical relationships within the program is a key aspect of this position. You will develop and maintain positive business relationships with retail store management and employees, ensuring that you are a trusted resource for both customers and associates. This role requires physical ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. You will need to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary, while also performing additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations on various Wireless products, accessories and services to customers
  • Engaging in side-by-side selling with retail associates
