About the position

Total by Verizon is looking for energetic and sales-driven individuals to join their team as Retail Sales Representatives. This role focuses on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through the Total by Verizon product offerings. The position emphasizes building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Exploring the needs of every customer and recommending the best Total by Verizon products and services that meet the customer's expectations.
• Providing the best customer in-store experience.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for each customer that range from device, service, accessories, etc.
• Completing all Total by Verizon online and in-store trainings.
• Marketing in nearby community and shopping centers via various methods and becoming a brand ambassador of Total by Verizon.
• Executing daily store operations and procedures.

Requirements

• Competitive and driven in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work among co-workers and store leaders by learning and sharing best sales practices while helping customers.
• No sales experience needed in the wireless retail industry but preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
