Responsibilities

• Sell the latest electronics, including Android and iPhones.
• Process payments for Boost Mobile customers.
• Greet customers and respond to their questions.
• Improve customer engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding service.
• Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Assist customers with phone purchases and upgrades.
• Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
• Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and write.
• Technology literate, including knowledge of POS systems, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a cellphone store (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
