Responsibilities

  • Open and close the showroom according to company policy and expectations.
  • Oversee the sales floor to ensure the highest level of customer service and maximum average sale.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and mentoring to the Guest Experience team.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic presence on the sales floor and adhere to Sales Floor Guidelines.
  • Practice 'Management Involvement' to assist the Guest Experience team in delivering high-caliber customer service.
  • Conduct Bob's Huddles and Drills with enthusiasm to create a fun and educational environment.
  • Coach the team to meet customer needs and company expectations according to Bob's Mystery Shop Guidelines.
  • Train and ensure the Guest Experience team follows Bob's 7 Steps of Selling for a consistent service experience.
  • Engage in ongoing E-Learning and training modules to enhance product knowledge.
  • Encourage customers to rate the service to build the Bob's Brand.
  • Complete the sales process and ensure all required processes are done accurately and timely.
  • Maintain the showroom to be customer-ready at all times.
