The Retail Sales Supervisor at Bob's Discount Furniture plays a crucial role in driving the company's success and growth in the retail sector. Responsibilities

  • Open and close the showroom according to company policy and expectations.
  • Oversee the sales floor to ensure the highest level of customer service and maximum average sale.
  • Continuously train, coach, and mentor the Guest Experience team.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic presence in the showroom and adhere to sales floor guidelines.
  • Practice 'Management Involvement' to assist the Guest Experience team in delivering high-caliber service.
  • Conduct Bob's Huddles and Drills with enthusiasm to create a fun and educational environment.
  • Coach the team to meet customer needs and company expectations based on Bob's Mystery Shop Guidelines.
  • Train and ensure the team follows Bob's 7 Steps of Selling for a consistent service experience.
  • Engage in ongoing e-learning and training modules to enhance product knowledge.
  • Actively build the Bob's Brand by encouraging customers to rate the service.
  • Complete the sales process and ensure all required processes are done accurately and timely.
  • Maintain the showroom to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.
